Καληχησις [Catechësis] Græca dictio est κατηχείσθαι, quod est propriè insonāre, ita ut sonus emissus rěděat ad eum, à quo est emissus; ab x echo, quod notat sănum in convallibus, et montibus ēdĭtům. Catechesis est compendiōsa præcipuorum capitum religiōnis Christianæ, ad vīvam hominis Christiani in vita et in morte consolationem, doctrīna, vīvâ võce tradită.
