I certify, that in obedience to the directions of an act of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, I have collated with, and corrected by the original rolls on file in this office, the proof sheets of the printed copies of this edition of the Laws and Resolutions of the General Assembly, passed during the session ending on the 16th day of March, 1847, including twenty acts which were passed during the session of 1846, which were not enrolled or printed in the last edition, because the tax was not then paid, agreeably to the provisions of the act, entitled "An Act to increase the revenues, and diminish the Legislative expenses of the Commonwealth," approved April 16, 1845; and that twenty-six acts passed during the session of 1846, and thirty-six acts passed during the session of 1847, remain in this office without being enrolled or printed, because the tax has not been paid as required by the act above recited.
