CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES: Begun and held at the Capitol, in the city of Washington, in the District of Columbia, on Monday, the fourth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty-four, and in the seventy-ninth year of the independence of the United States; being the Second Session of the THIRTY-THIRD CONGRESS, held under the Constitution of the Government of the United States.
