GOVERNMENT CONTRIBUTIONS

The funds for this account are used to pay the Government's (House) share of various employee benefit programs.

Mandatory Pay and Related Changes:

Increase is attributable to all anticipated pay increases. As more employees covered under the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) retire or leave, this account will continue to rise as their replacements will fall under the more costly (to the House) FERS.
