HOUR OF MEETING.

1. The sessions of the House shall be daily (Sundays excepted), beginning at nine o'clock and thirty minutes A. M. Until January 16, 1911, adjournment shall be taken at twelve o'clock and thirty minutes P. M., and on and after said date a recess shall be taken at said hour to two o'clock P. M., unless otherwise. ordered by a vote of the House.
