Mr. President: The House of Representatives have passed a bill, entitled "An act or the relief of William Henderson," a bill, enti

tied "An act authorizing the location of certain school lands in the state of Indiana;" a bill, entitled "An act fixing the compensation of the Commissioner of the Public Buildings;" a bill, entitled ، An act making further appropriations for the military service of the United States, for the year 1822, and for other purposes;" and, also, a bill, entitled "An act to provide for annuities to the Ottawas, Pottawatamies, Kickapoos, Chocktaws, Kaskaskias, to Mushalatubbee, and to carry into effect the treaty of Saganaw;" in which bills they request the concurrence of the Senate.

The Speaker of the House of Representatives having signed several enrolled bills, I am directed to bring them to the Senate for the signature of their President.

The House of Representatives have passed the bill which originated in the Senate, entitled ، An act to amend an act, entitled ، An act to regulate trade and intercourse with the Indian tribes, and to preserve peace on the frontiers, approved 13th March, 1802;" and, also, the bill, entitled "An act to abolish the United States' trading establishment with the Indian tribes."

They concur in the amendment of the Senate to the bill, entitled . An act for the relief of certain insolvent debtors."

They have also passed the bill which originated in the Senate, entitled “ An act in addition to the act concerning navigation,” with amendments, in which they request the concurrence of the Senate. And he withdrew.

It was determined in the affirmative.
