ALPHA NU LIBRARY. . No member shall draw more than two volymes at a time. He shall not retain a book longer than two weeks without renewal, nor longer than four weeks without a special dispensation from the Society; and every member shall incur a penalty of five cents per week for cach volume which is retained after the time specified above for retaining books of the Library-By-Laws, Sec. 8.
