Ordered, That the message yesterday received from the President of the United States, with the several treaties therein referred to, and the documents accompanying the said treaties, be printed for the use of the Senate, under an injunction of secrecy.

The Senate took into consideration the message of yesterday, nominating sundry persons to promotions and appointments in the Army; and,

Ordered, That the consideration thereof be postponed until to-morrow.
