No expense is spared in adding every publication of merit, and the utmost attention is paid to the accommodation of subscribers. Subscriptions are paid in advance, and the sum of fifteen francs left as a deposit, which is returned at the expiration of the subscription. Four or five volumes are given at one time, which volumes may be changed every day, Sunday excepted. Subscribers in the Environs of Paris, desirous of having more than the above number, up to 15 volumes, will pay double subscription. Subscribers residing in distant parts of France, and would desire 30 or 50 volumes, will pay 3 or 4 times the subscription. Boxes, having double keys, and carriage of Books to and from the library, are at the expense of the subscribers.

Two editions of this Journal appear, one at six | o'clock in the morning, which is delivered soon after in Paris and its Environs, and the other at two o'clock in the afternoon, containing all the news received up to the moment of going to press, thus anticipating the morning papers by 24 hours, which is forwarded the same day to Foreign and Provincial Subscribers.

This paper has two distinct departments, the one dedicated to intelligence received from England, and the other to occurrences in France, and all news reaching Paris earlier than London. The former contains the recorded opinions of all the London Journals of every political party, full reports of the Parliamentary Debates, the Proceedings in the Courts of Justice, Commercial News, Markets, Naval, Military, University and Clerical Intelligence; Stocks, Bankrupts, Births,

Marriages and Deaths, Fashionable Movements, Theatricals, etc., etc. The latter includes the earliest information on the progress of affairs in France, Belgium, Italy, Poland, Germany, Russia, and every other part of the Continent; the proceedings of the Chamber of Peers and Deputies, an analysis of all the important leading articles in the various political Journals published in the French Capital, and accounts of all political, judicial, theatrical and fashionable occur rences in Paris.

Terms of Subscription.-A Fortnight 6 fr.; one month 10 fr.; three Months 28 fr.; six Months 52 fr.; one Year 100 fr. Two francs per quarter must be added to receive it free of postage throughout France, and five francs in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, etc. Advertisements are received for insertion.
