The contractor shall furnish all personnel, materials, services, and facilities necessary to perform the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work, Attachment A hereto. This shall also be done in accordance with the specified General and Special Provisions and the contractor's final technical proposal, as shall be incorporated by reference as a part of the contract.

Preservation, packing and packaging of items for shipment shall be in accordance with commercial practice and adequate for acceptance by common carrier for safe transportation at the most economical rates.

INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE

Pursuant to the inspection clause in Part II, Section I, final inspection and acceptance of all contracted items shall be made by the Contracting Officer.

Performance hereunder shall be completed within 45 months of the date of contract award, inclusive of all specified deliveries and/or task work.

All deliverables shall be submitted to the designated Department of Education Contracting Officer. This shall be done according to the kinds, quantities and dates indicated in the attached Statement of Work.
