1. That the fum of 6,0co,ocol. be raised by an nuities, and the further fum of 360,000l. by a lottery, in manner following:

That every contributor fhall, for every hundred pounds contributed, be entitled to the principal sum of 100l. in annuities, after the rate of 31. per cent.to 50l. after the rate of 41. per cent. and to an annuity of five hillings and fix pence for the term of feventy-five years and fix months.

That every contributor thall, for every 1000l. te entitled to fix tickets in a lottery, to confist of 36,000 tickets, upon the payment of the fum of 10l. per ticket. The faid 360,000l. to be diftributed into prizes for the lottery.

That the annuities, after the rate of 31. per cent. be made one joint ftock with the 31. per cent. annuities confolidated; the annuities, after the rate of 41. per cent. one joint ftock with the 41. per cent. annuities confolidated; and the annuities of five fhillings and fix pence, one joint ftock with annuities granted for the feveral terms of 99, 98, 85, 78, and 77 years, confolidated

2. That out of the favings of the several army fervices, be applied, towards defraying the extraordinary expences of his majefty's land forces, and other fervices incurred between the 1ft of February, 1783, and the 24th of December following, and not próvided for by parliament, the fum of
