Twas not without a great deal of Difficulty that I procur'd them, and plac'd them in the Order they now lye before Tou; and yet, My Lord, I am not without Apprehenfion, confidering what a turbulent, ill-natur'd Generation they are to pafs thro', unless Tour Lordship will be pleas'd to take them under Tour Protection, they will nevertheless be liable to a great deal of rude and unmannerly Treatment.
