Über den Autor (2000)

Kaufman is a member of the Bar of the State of New York, and is Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Subcommittee of the Art Law Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Aspen's Art Law Handbook, and has published and lectured extensively on the subjects of copyright, new media, artists' rights and art law. He is currently Assistant General Counsel to John Wiley and Sons, Inc. He has represented publishing companies in nearly all aspects of print, continuity, online, and electronic publishing. He is a graduate of Brandeis University(B.A., European Cultural Studies) and Columbia Law School (J.D.), where he served as Executive Notes Editor of the Columbia-VLA Journal of Law and the arts.
