Of the Rates or Prices of Cartage.

The prices or rates to be taken or charged for the loading, transportation and unloading of goods, wares, or other articles, shall be as follows, to wit:

Oils, molasses, liquors, and all wet casks, containing less than
twenty-five gallons, for every load...

of twenty-five and under fifty gallons, for every four.
of fifty gallons and under ninety gallons, for every two..
of ninety and under one hundred and fifty gallons, for each one,
of one hundred and fifty gallons and upwards, for every one
hundred gallons....

Sugar, tobacco, copperas, and all dry casks of under one thousand
pounds weight, for every load...
