But whether the business of an attorney is saleable is still questioned, see Bunn v. Guy, 4 East, 191, Bozon v. Farlow, 1 Meriv. 459; but where there is no mala fides on the part of the vendor, I do not see that they can be impeached.

And moreover that he the said (vendor) shall and will during the said term of calendar

times appear in his own proper person in the shop,

business is carried on, or to any such customer
