[SEC. 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be directed to place the name The name of of Miller Francis, of Nashville, in the State of Tennessee, on M. [SEC. 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be authorized and directed to place the name of Oliver Dorsett on the roll of invalid pensioners, and to cause him to be paid at the rate of eight dollars per month; to commence on the first day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty-eight.
